Event-Driven Personal Operations Platform
Private application · Public architecture walkthrough
A system for turning incoming information into trackable actions across email, calendars, tasks, and notes.
The workflow
Incoming event → normalize → deduplicate → resolve context → queue action → verify receipt
Deterministic workers handle repeated polling and structured actions. Model-assisted reasoning is reserved for interpretation and drafting, not a replacement for an action receipt.
What the system produces
- Normalized inbox and calendar events with stable source identities.
- Durable queues for application and personal workflows.
- Drafted communications grounded in approved context.
- Recorded action receipts, delivery state, and retryable failures.
Engineering decisions
SQLite retains job history and leases. A single scheduler owns recurring work. Idempotency checks distinguish a requested action from a completed action and prevent a retry from becoming a duplicate submission.
Notification delivery is tracked separately from event intake, so an email can be saved even when a messaging service is temporarily unavailable.
Privacy boundary
This page describes architecture, not live operating status. Production records, credentials, resident information, and personal messages are not published. The application remains private.
